Medical Assistant at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking an LPN with the Ob/Gyn office experience. We have a busy, multi-provider OB/Gyn practice on the WKB campus. A detailed-oriented, organized nurse who is able to do multitask will be the candidate who is offered the job! your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: documentation on our electronic medical records, responding promptly and appropriately to patient phone calls, ordering tests, precertification, medication reconciliation, phoning in prescriptions, and medication administration. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. An orientation will be provided based on your experience. An excellent benefit package will be offered.
