Join Our Team — Help Staff Our Boutique Retail Experience!

Do you love helping people, creating great shopping experiences, and working in a stylish retail environment? If you’re friendly, organized, and enjoy staying busy, we’d love to meet you! We’re building a strong team to support our branded merchandise boutique in the Auburn Hills, MI area, and we’re looking for enthusiastic people at multiple experience levels who are ready to deliver exceptional service and keep our store looking its best.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

  • Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
  • Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully and helping customers find the perfect products
  • Assist shoppers with product recommendations and provide a smooth, positive checkout experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Restock shelves and assist with merchandising to showcase our branded merchandise
  • Manage inventory and help receive deliveries
  • Lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) when unloading shipments and restocking products
  • Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
  • Keep the sales floor and storage areas tidy and organized
  • Be a direct line to your Headquarters manager for regular updates and reporting
Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of retail store operations
  • Ability to follow established processes and work independently
  • Trusted employee with experience in a high-traffic and high-visibility storefront
  • Experience with Point of Sales system and reporting
