Customer Service Representative


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the customer’s experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Acting as liaison between the customer and the company.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues timely and professionally.
  • Monitor and track delivery on parts necessary for completion of service requests.
  • Ensuring the product is processed and shipped timely to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and success metrics.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
  • Properly coordinate and schedule completion of work based on parts delivery.

Experience:

4 years’ experience in Customer Service Role.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal/written customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts.
  • High-Energy professional who is detail oriented and able to work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to work with MS Office (Word / Excel).
  • Data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent.
