This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful marketing programs targeting Federal, State, Local, Education (SLED), and DoD accounts. You will execute campaigns, coordinate field events, and collaborate with channel and alliance teams to maximize partner engagement and revenue contribution. The position involves managing webinars, digital initiatives, and integrated demand generation programs while tracking leads, pipeline, and ROI. You will work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment with the freedom to innovate and make measurable contributions. This temporary role provides exposure to strategic public sector marketing, offering hands-on experience across multiple channels and the ability to influence business growth in meaningful ways. Some travel is required, providing opportunities for direct engagement with stakeholders and partners.

Accountabilities:

As a Temporary Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution and management of public sector marketing initiatives:

  • Execute demand generation campaigns aligned with public sector sales priorities.

  • Support integrated marketing programs for DoD, Civilian, Intel, and SLED accounts.

  • Coordinate field events, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner activities, including quarterly SLED webinar programs.

  • Collaborate with channel and alliance teams to align MDF and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Track campaign performance, leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI using Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and event logistics.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and other marketing groups, to ensure consistent execution and reporting.

Requirements:

Candidates should have relevant experience in marketing and public sector environments, with strong execution and analytical skills:

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in public sector or field marketing.

  • Understanding of Federal and SLED sales environments.

  • Experience in campaign execution, events, and digital marketing.

  • Familiarity with ON24, Marketo, and Salesforce preferred.

  • Strong project management, organization, and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Collaborative, growth-oriented, and adaptable mindset.

  • Ability to travel as required to support events and initiatives.
