Our full-service collision and repair centers ensure customers receive the best in automotive care.

Compensation:

• $18.00 to $20.00 Per Hr. (Experience-based)
• Potential for Monthly Bonuses!

Work Schedule:

• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Friday
• One Saturday Per Month - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Overview:

As a Service BDC Agent at Performance Automotive Network, you’ll be the voice connecting customers to our service team. You’ll coordinate appointments, answer questions, and follow up to ensure every client receives top-notch care. Your mission: to keep customers happy and our service department thriving—all from our Performance Lexus location in Kings Automall.

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Coordinate schedules between technicians and management for efficient service.
• Inform customers about services and promotions.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and keep accurate records.
• Work with team to achieve goals and improve service.
• Help with customer surveys and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service focus with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
