Pine Hills Golf Course is seeking Golf Attendants to support daily golf course operations and provide exceptional service to our members and guests.

This role is responsible for assisting golfers before and after their rounds, maintaining golf carts and practice facilities, and ensuring the overall presentation of the golf operations areas meets our service standards.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival at the golf course
• Register players, collect applicable fees, and assist with tee time check-in
• Assign golf carts and assist with pairing players when needed
• Help direct golfers to the first tee and provide general course information
• Assist players with loading and unloading golf bags

Golf Cart Operations

• Wash, clean, and maintain golf carts throughout the day
• Set up carts at the beginning of the day and store them properly at closing
• Ensure carts are fully stocked and ready for the next group of golfers

Driving Range Support

• Pick up range balls using the range picker
• Wash range balls and load them into the dispensing machine
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the practice facility

Course Support

• Place water coolers on the golf course and retrieve them at the end of the day
• Help maintain the appearance of the staging area, bag drop, and practice areas

Schedule

• Rotating schedule based on business needs
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
• Seasonal position

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment
• Golf knowledge is a plus but not required

Skills

• Good communication skills along with customer service.
• The ability to lift baskets of balls, and unload/load bags on carts for players
• Knowledgeable of golf and/or prior experience preferred
