This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and expand market presence within the IT and cloud services sector. The Business Development Manager will develop strategic relationships with clients and partners, identify market opportunities, and execute initiatives to increase revenue. You will play a key role in partner and reseller engagement, lead recruitment campaigns, and contribute to strategic business planning. The position requires a results-driven, autonomous professional capable of managing multiple priorities while building long-term client relationships. Develop and maintain a network of client and partner contacts to attract new business and expand market share.
Research and identify growth opportunities, creating and executing strategic action plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead customer and sub-reseller recruitment campaigns, ensuring partner activation and engagement.
Represent the organization at tradeshows, fairs, and partner meetings (up to 50% travel) to build relationships and promote services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored business strategies and support sales initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business development strategies as needed.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the evolving needs of the organization.
Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT sales or business development, with a proven record of successful transactions.
Strong knowledge of the IT sector, cloud technologies, and partner/reseller networks; experience with cloud solutions is a major asset.
Proficiency with CRM and business tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, or equivalent.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a competitive and results-oriented mindset.
Strong network and ability to build long-term business relationships.
Capable of managing multiple priorities, working independently, and performing under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
