Position Summary
As an eBanking Student, you’ll support the eBanking team with daily operations and special projects tied to both Consumer and Business eBanking services. This role offers hands‑on exposure to digital banking platforms, electronic payments, and risk awareness while helping keep the department running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, build practical banking knowledge, and contribute to meaningful projects that support customers and internal teams.
Your days may include:
💻 Supporting Consumer and Business eBanking activities through administrative tasks and project assistance
📑 Maintaining documentation, procedures, and training materials
📧 Responding to basic internal and external inquiries by phone and email
🔍 Learning how digital banking platforms work, including electronic payments and associated risks
🚀 Assisting with special projects related to digital banking services, customer education, and process improvements
