Crane Currency is hiring Manufacturing Operators for our Weekend Shift in Nashua, NH. This role is perfect if you’re looking for a steady manufacturing career with a unique schedule, strong pay, paid training, and real advancement opportunities.

You’ll work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (12‑hour shifts) for a total of 36 hours, but you’ll be paid for a full 40‑hour week. Plus, earn a 20% shift differential and a $3,000 bonus after your first month on weekends.

No manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide structured training to help you succeed.

How you’ll make an impact

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be part of the front‑line team creating secure currency materials used in the U.S. and around the world. This is meaningful, high‑responsibility work in a controlled manufacturing environment.

You’ll:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Follow strict procedures focused on safety, quality, and consistency

• Work closely with your team to meet production goals

• Learn advanced manufacturing processes and security technologies

• Build skills that can lead to certification and career growth

Weekend shift schedules & pay

Weekend Day Shift

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fri, Sat & Sun)

• $19.00/hr + 20% shift diff ($22.80/hr)

Weekend Night Shift

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Fri, Sat & Sun)

• $19.00/hr + 20% shift diff ($22.80/hr)

Training Note: Initial training will take place during the week (Mon–Fri on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) for up to 6 months before moving to your permanent weekend schedule.
