  • Coach and develop Product Owners on prioritization, backlog quality, and delivery discipline, holding them accountable for commitments.
  • Own cross-team delivery orchestration, including sequencing, dependency management, and alignment to quarterly priorities.
  • Establish and enforce lightweight delivery standards, such as sprint hygiene, planning, retrospectives, and release readiness.
  • Monitor delivery metrics (cycle time, scope stability, throughput) to continuously improve predictability and execution rigor.
  • Ensure consistent alignment between product discovery and delivery cadences to maintain a healthy pipeline of ready-to-build work.
  • Provide transparent visibility into delivery status, risks, tradeoffs, and overall delivery health for leadership.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to maintain effective agile practices and champion consistent product management standards across squads.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading high-performing product delivery teams, including direct management of Product Owners.
  • Extensive expertise in agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and remove blockers effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scoped, executable work while maintaining alignment with overall business goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leadership and provide clear visibility into delivery realities.
  • Experience in establishing and improving delivery standards, operating models, and metrics to ensure predictability and quality.
  • Track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to elevate overall delivery capability.
  • Preferred: experience in digital health, wellbeing platforms, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience is advantageous.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $213,000$260,000, with full benefits eligibility from day one.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage through company health solutions.
  • Unlimited PTO to rest and recharge, plus mental health support and wellness programs.
  • Retirement planning options and financial protection benefits.
  • Professional development opportunities, clear career progression, and learning budgets.
  • Mission-driven culture emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Flexible work environment supporting remote or hybrid schedules depending on location.
