Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications and backend services integrating with internal and external systems, including enterprise EHR platforms.
Build scalable, secure, and multi-tenant services for healthcare and enterprise customers.
Collaborate with product, platform, and operations teams to define system architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability while modernizing legacy applications.
Write automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure software quality and stability.
Participate in on-call rotations and production incident response as required.
Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem solving.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience in customer-facing web applications.
Strong backend skills in C#, .NET, Orleans, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous programming.
Frontend proficiency with Angular (or similar framework), JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web design principles.
Experience with SQL databases, cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability practices for production systems.
Ability to own systems in production, make design decisions, understand trade-offs, and raise concerns proactively.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in distributed agile teams.
