• Competitive Pay: $70,000 - $75,000/year + Credit for experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm | On Call Required | Occasional weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

• Oversee all health and wellness services for residents
• Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
• Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
• Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
• Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
• Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals

• Active LVN license in the State of Texas
• At least 2 years of experience required
