Lead Relationship Banker
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Lead Relationship Banker to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and business banking customers.
- Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-sell banking products such as loans, deposits, investment services, and cash management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or opportunities for additional service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, banking regulations, and new product offerings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

- Thorough product/service knowledge and thorough knowledge of regulatory, policy and compliance issues
- Solid understanding of retail product philosophy, including policies, procedures, documentation, and systems
- Thorough knowledge of teller and platform functions, including but not limited to processing transactions, balancing cash, opening accounts, and sales techniques
- Effective interpersonal communication, leadership, relationship management, time management, sales activities management, and sales ability skills
- Ability to evaluate and resolve problems and issues with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated success in retail sales environment
- Working knowledge of employment practices including rewards and recognition, employee development, and change management
