  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing insurance partners, driving mutual value through program development, product roadmap influence, and marketing initiatives.

  • Define and oversee operational processes, including partner onboarding, API integration, billing, and recurring process improvements.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for partners, coordinating across internal teams to deliver exceptional service and program execution.

  • Represent the partnership externally in high-impact meetings and internally to align cross-functional teams on partner objectives.

  • Translate partner business challenges into actionable feedback for product, legal, and engineering teams to enhance offerings and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, partner management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-level relationships and launching new products or partnerships.

  • Strong project management skills with ownership of multi-functional initiatives; experience in product management is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of insurance, telematics, or driver safety technologies.

  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary and commission potential.

  • Health, pharmacy, optical, and dental coverage options.

  • Paid time off and sick leave.

  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage, and life insurance.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.

  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to collaborate across teams.

  • Opportunity to influence high-value partnerships and drive strategic impact in a mission-driven organization.
