This role is designed for an experienced sales leader who thrives in high-velocity SaaS environments and excels at driving customer retention and revenue growth. You will lead a team of Renewal Account Executives, coaching them to achieve ambitious renewal targets while ensuring operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to influence renewal strategy, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize processes across a dynamic mid-market segment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who collaborates across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to deliver strong commercial outcomes and maintain long-term customer relationships. Lead and coach a team of Renewal Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed renewal and retention targets.
Drive accurate renewal forecasting and provide clear visibility into pipeline risk and opportunity.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to align on renewal strategy and account planning.
Support complex or high-value negotiations to secure favorable outcomes while preserving long-term customer relationships.
Implement inspection frameworks and processes to improve execution, win rates, and operational consistency.
Analyze renewal data and customer trends to identify systemic risks and areas for performance improvement.
Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged team.
Champion and embed cultural principles focused on customer success, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusion, and teamwork.
3+ years of sales management experience with at least 6+ years in SaaS sales, renewals, or account management.
Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue or retention targets in high-velocity, quota-driven environments.
Strong deal coaching, negotiation skills, and demonstrated ability to drive forecast accuracy.
Experience hiring, training, and developing sales professionals.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Self-starter capable of operating effectively in a fast-changing environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
Competitive annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $139,825 – $211,500 USD, depending on experience and location.
