Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and materials.
Assist masons and other skilled workers with jobsite setup, cleanup, and support tasks.
Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
Load and unload equipment and materials.
Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support various phases of concrete and masonry work and learn through hands-on experience.
Qualifications:
No prior construction experience requiredjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks for 8+ hours per day.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation to the shop.
Strong desire to grow in the construction industry and take on more responsibilities over time.
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
No licenses or certifications required.

Schedule:
MondayFriday
4045 hours/week
Very limited Saturdays
Home every night
Location:
Based out of our shop with projects within a 1-hour driving radius
Daily transportation provided to job sites from the shop
