Additionally, the Team Leader will play a role in generating and implementing new policies/ideas for the fitness centers pertaining to programing and operations. The Team Leader will serve as the main point of contact on various evenings between the hours of 6pm – 12am and weekends when the Fitness Coordinator is unavailable.Requirements:• Must obtain/maintain CPR/AED certification.• Must have worked as a fitness center attendant for a minimum of 1 full semester.• Must be currently employed within Villanova Recreation and be in good standing.• Must have knowledge of policies/procedures within all fitness centers.Additional Information:Physical Demands Summary:Wage Rate:$15/hour Posting Detail Information Closing Date (11:59pm ET):03/28/2025Open Until FilledYesPosting Specific Questions
