Patient Transporter at RWJBarnabas Health – New Brunswick, New Jersey

Job Overview:

Transports patients in a safe and efficient manner throughout the hospital under the direction of supervisory personnel. Utilizes the automated transport system to perform duties. Performs routine cleaning of equipment used to transport patients. Adheres to universal infection control practices. Practices excellent customer service skills with all patients, visitors and employees, transporting the deceased to the morgue.

Qualifications:

Preferred

• Customer service experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, Evening
• Days to work: vary, every other weekend, every other holiday
• Per Diem
