Job description

Pride Air Conditioning & Plumbing is now hiring quality-minded people for our Customer Relations Department. If you take pride in your work and want to find a company to call home, fill out an application and talk to us. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company’s reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about services and home warranty contracts.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

• Order and replace defective parts as needed.

• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.

Compensation:

• Based on Experience

• Biweekly Hourly

• Monthly

o Commission
