We're looking for a skilled Retail Operations Associate to manage the behind-the-scenes operations of our retail business. As a Retail Operations Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our website, sales, and stock management processes are running efficiently. This is a non-customer facing role that requires strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our website, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers and stockists to ensure timely and efficient inventory management
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in retail operations, administration, e-commerce or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
