Job Summary
The Radiation Therapist delivers daily prescribed therapeutic radiation doses to radiation therapy patients under the guidance of the Radiation Oncologists and Physicist and collaborates with other staff. This position is responsible for the daily technical and scheduling process. Assists the Radiation Oncologist in the initial set-up of a patient’s radiation therapy treatment.
* Travel required to Yankton, Mitchell, Marshall, Aberdeen, Pierre and Sioux Falls locations.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduated from an Accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology required.
- Graduated from an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology preferred
Certification, Licensure, Registration
- R.T. (T) ARRT Registry required.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. The actual hourly rate is dependent upon experience.
- $31.75-48.00
