In these dynamic roles, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through assisting clients with their selection and purchase of clothes, handbags, shoes, and accessories while providing friendly customer service.In addition to providing customer assistance, the ideal Sales Associate will have the ability to apply their knowledge of style and fashion to help the store buy gently-usedmerchandise and promote these items on the sales floor. The Shift Lead not only has these duties, but will also provide direction to others and assist with store opening and closing. Job Requirements:

• Retail Sales & Customer Service experience preferred
• Must have a strong knowledge of fashion and styling
• Ability to merchandise and stock sales products and be able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Actively work with garments to include processing, tagging, hanging, replenishing, and displaying per store guidelines
• Maintain store appearance and sales displays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge of register operation and cash handling procedures
• High school diploma required, college preferred
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
