| Position Summary: | Why work at Villanova?
This position will be responsible for creating and implementing, custom tailored, personal training programs for members of the Villanova Community. |
| Duties and Responsibilities: | 1. Develop and implement progressive personal training routines. 2. Recruitment of new personal training clients. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Must possess a current personal training certification from one of the following organizations: NSCA – National Strength and Conditioning Association NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine ACSM – American College of Sports Medicine AAAI – American Aerobic Association International AFAA – Aerobics and Fitness Association of America ACE – American Council on Exercise |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field. Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Minimum 6 months previous experience as a personal trainer. |
| Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours: | Currently seeking a weekday morning and early afternoon trainer |
