We're seeking a freelance contract Senior Designer to join the Katie's Way team. In this role, you'll develop high-quality visual assets that communicate our brand effectively to patients, healthcare professionals, and partners. This role blends hands-on design with brand leadership to ensure creative consistency across all platforms, from digital to print to video. Other key functions include:
  • Design patient and physician-facing assets, including brochures, infographics, social graphics, email templates, landing pages, and presentation decks
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and asset libraries
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and product teams to translate strategic messaging into compelling visuals
  • Ensure creative meets compliance and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA, HIPAA-friendly visual presentation)
  • Manage creative requests through project management tools with timelines and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate with freelance designers and agency partners as needed for overflow work
Qualified candidates will posses a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of graphic/visual design experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design/collaboration tools, and a strong portfolio of cross-channel design work is also a must. Other key qualifications include:
  • Experience working with brand and style guides
  • Bonus: motion/animation experience (After Effects, etc.)
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable to quick-turnaround needs
  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing, creative, clinical, and compliance teams
  • Eager to test new formats and trends
