Director, Construction Services at Top Tier Reps LLC – Haddonfield, New Jersey

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Construction Services to lead a high-performing construction management team. This role includes oversight of NICET-certified staff, coordination with major public agencies, and potential for a partnership/shareholder track within the firm.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned leader with expertise in public infrastructure projects and a strong background in construction services, project controls, and client development.

Salary range: $150,000 – $175,000 per year

• Manage and mentor a team of NICET-certified field staff

• Oversee construction administration and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) for major public works projects

• Serve as a client-facing leader with responsibility for project performance and client satisfaction

• Collaborate with agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, and other public entities

• Lead business development, proposal preparation, and project pursuit efforts

• Implement project controls including Primavera scheduling, cost control, and documentation systems

• Monitor field operations, reporting, inspections, and regulatory compliance

• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic leadership across construction services

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related construction field

• PE license or NICET Level IV certification required

• Experience managing large-scale public infrastructure and transportation projects

• Proven leadership in construction services and field operations

• Familiarity with NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, or similar agencies

• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and modern cost control systems

• Strong background in QA/QC processes and construction administration

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
