Responsibilities for Technicians:

• Perform lawn aerations for existing customers.
• Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications.
• Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers.
• Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations.
• Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded!
• Clearly communicate with your team and/or supervisor.
