About the Role:

As a Smoke Shop Sales Team Member at SPIN INVESTMENT ENTERPRISE LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. Your primary focus will be to assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations related to tobacco and smoking accessories. You will contribute to maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming store atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to inventory management, including restocking and merchandising, to optimize product availability and presentation. Ultimately, your efforts will support the overall success and reputation of the smoke shop by fostering positive customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by law for tobacco product sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking shelves.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a smoke shop or related industry.
