About This Position
* Serving Drinks:
• Always deliver drinks first.
• Do not serve drinks from behind the line. Go around the counter to hand drinks to guests or deliver them to their table.
• Wipe all cups for coffee drips and serve to the guest with a coffee spoon.
* Keep the wines organized in their designated shelves.
* Polish wine glasses before serving to guests.
* Immediately notify the Manager on Duty (MOD) of any items that are low in stock (to make sure we do not run out).
* Keep track of all Barista Station items, including:
• Espresso beans
• Decaf espresso ground
• Decaf coffee beans
• Hot chocolate powder
• Chai tea powder
• Brewed tea bags
• Coffee filters
• Disposable coffee cups, lids, and sleeves
• Orange juice
• Milk: 2%, Whole, Half and Half, Almond, Oat, and Soy
* Be sure the following items are stocked at the Panini Station:
• Panini Bread
• Caprese Paninis
• Pesto Ham &Gruyere Paninis
* Prepare all beverages (Specialty Beverages, coffee, iced teas, lemonades) according to the standards of Sweet Paris.
