Position Title: Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
Location: Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Targeting April 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a high-volume retail pharmacy in the Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient, solutions-oriented pharmacist with strong leadership and retail operations experience. The PIC will oversee daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee daily retail pharmacy operations in a high-volume environment
• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff
• Act as a problem solver for operational, workflow, and staffing challenges
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing practices
• Maintain strong operational standards and accountability
• Collaborate with leadership to drive performance and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Pharmacist license (Arizona)
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Prior managerial or leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist acceptable/ PharmD preferred
• Knowledge of 340B programs
• Experience managing high prescription volume

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000
