Position: Party Host

Location: Alameda
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Overview
Sofive Soccer Centers is looking for an energetic and reliable Party Host to manage soccer-themed events and birthday parties. This role includes event setup, guest engagement, activity supervision, and cleanup. Party Hosts also contribute to revenue growth by promoting Sofive’s add-on options such as extra field time, food and beverage packages, and coaching services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage event flow, and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience
• Prepare, clean, and reset event spaces; assist with food, beverage, and equipment setup
• Supervise on-field or party activities and support coaches/referees when scheduled
• Promote and upsell Sofive offerings including coaching staff, extended bookings, and party upgrades
• Report guest feedback, issues, or additional needs to the Manager

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Hospitality, events, or sales experience preferred

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior event or hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for setup and cleanup
