Primary Function:

GenPro Energy Solutions seeks a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily Supply Chain operations.

This role is responsible for:

    Receiving and processing inventory and purchase ordersPicking, staging, and preparing materials for projectsSupporting inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

Best fit: someone who works independently, stays organized under pressure, and takes ownership of getting work done right and on time.

Reporting relationship: Warehouse Supervisor

PAY GRADE: $15.27 Hour - $20.20 Per Hour (Depending on experience)

Status: Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Essential Job Functions:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs and deliveries.Load and unload inventory and customer shipments.Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory.Prepare orders, including pulling, packaging, and palletizing.Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.Build and manage inventory kits and manufacturer assemblies.Support daily warehouse operations and team goals.Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and abilities:
Work in indoor/outdoor conditions year-round.Lift 50 lbs. regularly; 100+ lbs. with assistanceStand and walk for extended periods.Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, lift, and stretch.Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, and ascend or descend stairs and ladders.Capable of repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
Skills and Other Characteristics:


Computer software experience (required)Strong technical aptitude with the ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, particularly for inventory control.Effective planning, prioritization, and time-management skills, including maintaining up-to-date task lists.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.Clear verbal communication skills with excellent listening abilities.High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of current or recent warehouse experience; logistics knowledge, helpful.Seasoned driver with experience pulling a trailer. Current forklift experience required, certification preferred.
Education/Licenses:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
