Sign Installer / Installation Technician

Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Lancaster, PA
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary
Looking for a hands-on job where you can see the results of your work every day? As a Sign Installer, you’ll install custom signs and graphics for businesses across the region and beyond. No two days are the same—and the projects you install will be seen by thousands of people.

Experience in construction, installation, warehouse, manufacturing, or skilled trades is helpful—but not required. We provide training and certifications for motivated candidates who want to build a long-term career.

Compensation & Benefits
● $25 to $32 an hour

What You'll Do
● Install interior and exterior signs, graphics, and display systems for commercial customers.
● Operate ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, forklifts, and bucket trucks safely.
● Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
● Read and follow work orders, installation instructions, and basic drawings.
● Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
● Travel to job sites locally and nationwide as needed.
● Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
● Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.

Required Qualifications
● Must be at least 18 years old.
● High school diploma or GED required.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in installation, construction, electrical, fabrication, warehouse, or skilled trades.
● Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
● Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
● Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
● Ability to use hand tools and light power equipment.
● Frequent use of hands and arms to handle tools and materials.
● Ability to see close and at a distance and adjust focus as needed.
● Regular verbal communication and hearing required.
● Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required.

Travel Requirements
● Up to 50% travel including overnight stays.
