- Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Here's What You Need
- Associates Degree Related field (preferred)
- Graduate of accredited ultrasound technology program (preferred)
- RVT - Registered Vascular Technologist Upon Hire (required) or
- RVS - Registered Vascular Sonographer Upon Hire (required) and
- 1 Year Related experience in a Vascular Laboratory (required)
- Possess an excellent working knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary anatomy/pathology, the cardiac patient, and treatment of cardiac diseases
- Have working knowledge of vascular arterial and venous anatomy for carotid and peripheral vasculature
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have good computer skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
What You Will Do
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the Registered Vascular Technician Process
- Explains procedures to patient to obtain cooperation and reduce anxieties of patient.
- Conducts vascular laboratory studies in accordance with the vascular laboratory protocols.
- Produces two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings and Doppler flow analyses of vascular structures, using ultrasound equipment by following ICAVL guidelines, for interpretation by physicians.
- Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians.
- Reviews test results with interpreting physician.
- Communicates with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical conditions while in the clinic.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
