• Supervise and lead field crews across all phases of heavy civil construction projects

• Coordinate project schedules to meet production goals and deadlines

• Implement and monitor job site safety in compliance with all regulations

• Ability to interpret and utilize GPS equipment and data for grading, layout, and earthmoving precision preferred.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members

• Resolve job site issues quickly and professionally to maintain workflow and progress

• Track and document project progress, materials, and labor usage

• Ensure equipment and site resources are deployed efficiently and effectively

• Maintain high standards of site organization, cleanliness, and production discipline

• Represent Jensen Brothers Construction with professionalism and integrity on every site

• 5+ years of construction field experience with at least 2 years in a superintendent or leadership role

• Proven ability to lead crews, meet production goals, and maintain job site order

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and GPS-guided layout and grading

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance practices

• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

• $125,000 Annual Salary
