About the role

Rippling is seeking a detail oriented and systems minded Analyst, Talent Management & Insights to support the execution, tooling, and analytics that power our global talent programs.

This role partners closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Management & Insights to ensure performance management, engagement programs, talent measurement, and internal HR systems operate with accuracy, efficiency, and scale. The Analyst will play a critical role in system configuration, data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, and operational execution across a workforce of 7,000+ globally.

This is a highly hands on role ideal for someone who thrives in systems, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes pride in precision and reliability.

What you will own
  • Talent Systems Configuration & Management
  • Configure and maintain performance & retention systems and workflows.
  • Support system updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage documentation and self service material to drive enablement.
Program Operations
  • Support end to end execution of performance cycles.
  • Assist with engagement survey setup, distribution, and data validation.
  • Monitor program timelines and ensure operational readiness.
  • Maintain documentation and process guides.
Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Pull, validate, and maintain people data across performance, engagement, retention, and workforce metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from HR and leadership.
  • Contribute to improving reporting efficiency and dashboard usability.
HRIS Data Integrity
  • Maintain data hygiene standards within HR systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Partner cross functionally to improve data flows and reporting accuracy.
  • Support documentation and governance of metric definitions.
Continuous Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
  • Support automation initiatives and ad-hoc project based work across talent programs.
What you will bring
  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, HR Systems, Business Operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong systems fluency and comfort working within HRIS, performance tools, or survey platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage structured processes with high attention to detail.
  • Experience pulling, validating, and analyzing data with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and spreadsheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Problem solving mindset and curiosity about how systems connect.

The pay range for this role is:
96,000 - 168,000 USD per year(US San Francisco Bay Area)
