About This Position
Job Title: Utility-PC
Reports To: Sanitation Department Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
3rd Shift
Hours: 10:00pm-6:30am
Overtime required based on production need.
Pay: $18.50/hour
Summary Keeps Portion Control areas in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Pick up debris/trash from the floor and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
- Empty waste containers.
- Clean floors using garden hose.
- Give breaks and assist Sanitation personnel.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, computers, sinks, machines, using ChemSan 1400 (200-400PPM)
- Remove all standing water from the room using a squeegee or other available cleaning tool.
- Apply Quat crystals at front entrances and along all drains.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Skills
Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety
rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers and the ability
to input data into a computer.
