In this impactful role, you will provide high-level support to a US-based business leader, ensuring seamless organization and efficiency in daily operations. Accountabilities- Managing executive inbox & calendar
- Coordinating projects via Trello and internal systems
- Preparing billing documentation & issuing invoices
- Creating slide decks (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
- Building and editing online courses (Canvas LMS)
- Setting up and managing CRM workflows (GoHighLevel)
- Managing LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook Ads
- Supporting webinar & workshop promotions
- Managing new client onboarding processes
- Issuing documents & maintaining organized digital filing systems
- Using AI tools to increase efficiency and automation
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting US executives
- At least 2+ years in each previous role (no short-term job hopping)
- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership
- Exceptional written and spoken English (near-native fluency)
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools for executive support (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong experience with GoHighlevel, Trello, Google Workspace, MS Office, Canvas LMS, Linkedin Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, and CRM Management
- Strong business judgment and confidentiality standards
