MISSING INFO SPECIALIST at Joint Active Systems, Inc. – Effingham, Illinois

Summary/Objective: Identifies, follows up on, and obtains patient account Missing Information in quick and efficient manner. Strictly follows established procedures and policies needed to meet the demands of required information and documentation in a regulated medical device company.

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for making calls regarding outstanding paperwork and information

2. Responsible for obtaining assigned Missing Information and attaching/saving to patient account

3. Work closely with Tier 1 Customer Support and Tier 2 Customer Specialists

4. Utilize reporting, Outlook, and other tools to identify and complete assigned workload

5. As assigned, verify and add doctors, therapists and clinics

6. Flex to other roles in the Customer Service Department as needed

7. Must utilize and follow Chain of Command

Physical Demands: This is a sedentary role. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full Time/40 Hours

Preferred or Required Education and Experience: Excellent communication/phone skills, proficient in computers, High School/GED

Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
