The Breakfast Attendant interacts directly with guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and courteously to enhance their overall experience. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospitality or hotel environment.
  • Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent food safety training.
  • Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or breakfast service equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Greet guests warmly, respond to their questions or special requests, and provide assistance to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Collect and clear used dishes and utensils promptly to maintain a tidy environment and support efficient service.
  • Report any maintenance or supply issues to management to ensure smooth operation of the breakfast service.
