Supply Chain Supervisor – Costa Rica

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our Costa Rica site’s supply chain operations and serve as a key member of the site leadership team. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end supply chain performance—including customer satisfaction, inventory management, and material & demand planning—while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong cross-functional alignment to keep our business moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as an active member of the site leadership team, contributing to overall operational strategy, performance, and culture.
• Lead and inspire a team across purchasing, warehouse, and customer service (CSR), creating an environment where people thrive and perform.
• Own customer satisfaction by partnering closely with operations and the CSR team to ensure on-time delivery, clear communication, and strong customer relationships.
• Drive effective inventory management and material & demand planning processes to optimize service levels, reduce excess/obsolete inventory, and support production needs.
• Keep us compliant and competitive by managing Free Trade Zone (PROCOMER) regulations and supporting ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
• Lead supplier and logistics negotiations — securing the right materials, at the right time, at the right cost.
• Oversee transportation, inventory, and distribution to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and operations to deliver consistent results for our customers.
  

What You Bring:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supporting Customer Service/CSR teams and driving customer satisfaction metrics.
• Strong background in inventory management, material planning, and demand planning.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid experience with Free Trade Zone (PROCOMER) compliance.
• Proven success in logistics, purchasing, and supplier negotiation.
• 3+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience, with demonstrated leadership capability.
• ERP experience (Visual Manufacturing is a plus).
• Strong communication skills — bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
