WilliamSmith Fireplaces of SC, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers and help ensure a high-quality service experience. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, confirm service details through multiple communication channels, resolve customer concerns, maintain accurate customer records, and assist with payment collection. This position is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound customer calls and schedule service calls.
Confirm service schedules by email, text, and chat.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Take customer payments.
Provide clear and professional communication with customers across phone and written channels.
Support overall customer satisfaction by identifying issues and helping direct customers to the right resolution.
Work collaboratively with co-workers in a team environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
High school diploma required.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, and Excel preferred.
Ability to maintain customer information in CRM systems.
Strong communication skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Strong problem-solving ability.
