Job Title: Partnership Tax Senior Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Preferred) | Houston, TX | Austin, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite/client)

We are hiring a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to lead complex partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements. This role will oversee client projects, review partnership tax returns, advise on Subchapter K matters, support tax planning strategies, mentor teams, and contribute to business development.

Requirements:
• Active CPA (Texas or reciprocity)
• 10+ years of progressive tax compliance/consulting experience
• Strong experience with partnership taxation, Subchapter K, and US GAAP
• Public accounting background required (Big 4/Top 15 preferred)
• Leadership and client management experience

Preferred:
• Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A
