Position Summary:

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Fenton, MI who specializes in custom steel fabrication, modular building systems, and HVAC-related engineering solutions for a variety of industrial sectors.

Essential Functions:

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with assembly, fabrication, and general production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on time
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings
• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor tasks
