Role Description
We are looking for a Production Testing Engineer to join our team.
You will report to the Sr. Production Engineering Manager
Location
On -site - Working daily from the office in Caesarea
What you will be doing:
- Responsibility of testing and validation of products from prototypes to production
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing products
- Setup test stations, install, validate and implement into production
- Leading projects into production – full responsibility
- Analyzing data and yield metrics to identify improvements efficiently and cost reduction
- Generate full reporting, presentations with detailed analysis, corrective actions and follow-up
- Reading electrical schemas and data sheets
- Support R&D and Production activities. Work closely with ATE and HW teams
- Overseeing production to ensure meeting standards specifications
What you should have:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment (networking industry is preferred)
- RF knowledge, experience with lab equipment and measurement devices such as Network and Spectrum Analyzer
- Team player, proactive, initiative and motivated
- Strong project micro-management skills, independence
- Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Goal-oriented to meet targets and due dates
- Good English (reading, writing and speaking)
