Fulfillment Operations Manager at Crafts Americana Group, Inc. – Fort Worth, Texas

Location: Grand Prairie, TX (on-site) | Initial Training in Forth Worth, TX

We’re hiring a Fulfillment Operations Manager (DFW Area)

Local Crafts is looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Operations leader to run and scale fulfillment at our Texas distribution center, supporting brands like Berroco, Madelinetosh, and Jimmy Beans Wool.

This is not a desk job.

You’ll own day-to-day operations on the floor—leading the team, driving performance, and making sure orders move out accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading daily fulfillment operations (pick, pack, ship)
• Driving throughput, accuracy, and on-time shipping performance
• Managing labor, workflow, and staffing efficiency
• Controlling shipping costs and improving operational processes Building a strong, accountable team culture
• Ensuring a safe, compliant warehouse environment

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years leading warehouse, fulfillment, or DC operations
• Experience managing high-volume shipping and large teams
• A leader who is just as comfortable on the floor as in the metrics
• Someone who takes ownership, solves problems fast, and drives results
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Bonus points: NetSuite ERP or SuiteFoundation Certification
• Bonus points: WMS and inventory management experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $65,000 to $75,000/year + bonus eligibility
