Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
• Ensure materials meet regulatory and industry requirements, including PennDOT and related specifications.
• Maintain QC testing records, certifications, reports, and documentation.
• Supervise and support quality control personnel across multiple locations.
• Ensure adequate QC coverage for production and testing activities.
• Coordinate material testing, inspections, and equipment calibration.
• Troubleshoot material performance issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with production, dispatch, transportation, and sales teams to ensure product consistency.
• Address customer quality concerns and provide technical support.
• Analyze QC and production reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of QA Technician experience and 5 years of QA management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes in construction materials or related industries.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with inspection staff and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to work in office, plant, and construction site environments.

Preferred Certifications:

• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician-Grade I
• NECEPT Concrete Field Certification
• NECEPT Aggregate Technician Certification
• PennDOT District Plant Certification
