Shipper - Mt. Pleasant, PA at Kito Crosby – Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania

This position is an hourly Union position that is primarily responsible to provide final inspection of out-going product, ship, receive and deliver supplies, materials and equipment.

Monday thru Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ability to handle fast-paced environment with some familiarity with welding/welded products.
2. Accurately and efficiently handle pick lists, bill of ladings and shipping documents and paperwork.
3. Ability to think and problem solve and adjust to situations quickly.
4. Provide final inspection and band in the chain and other related products with the assistance of cranes/hoists and physical handling.
5. Operate dot peen marking machine to stamp (engrave) products.
6. Properly package product to be shipped.
7. Loading and unloading of trucks; must be willing to work until out-going trucks are loaded for the day.
8. Regular attendance, communication and meeting committed deadlines are all essential elements of the job. These requirements are key to the operation and effectiveness of this position and if not in place have the potential to impair and diminish expected results.
