About This Position
Position Summary
This position assists the Operations Manager in all tasks regarding crew members, scheduling, logs, reports, meetings, and communication related to their market.
Essential Job Functions and Tasks- These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.
- Support the coordination of weekly work orders, routes, and crew member assignments. Track hours worked to manage work order schedule and overtime.
- Gather and submit information for weekly payroll reports, expense reports, POP (Proof of Performance) submissions.
- Maintain vinyl check-in log to ensure market needs are met.
- Update records, logs and inventory lists for materials, tools, equipment, devices, maintenance, Capex, and crew members. Coordinate and communicate with other departments where necessary.
- Maintain safety logs, binders, and signed zero tolerance forms.
- Prepare reports regarding deadlines, workloads, equipment/supply needs and budget matters for Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
- Work with several other departments to ensure that efficiency is maximized.
- Track and order supplies, tools, and equipment for crew members, including health and safety equipment.
- Track safety incidents, training courses, certifications, and collect Zero Tolerance policy sign offs.
- Serve as an additional point of conduct for crew members.
- Support all operational activities to ensure timeliness and within a defined budget.
- Attends Operations Department meeting and Market meetings. Take notes.
- Log Market Ride notes from Operations Manager. Coordinate maintenance efforts with other departments as needed.
Work Environment
This work environment is an office-like setting with moderate noise.

Speaking/Hearing: The incumbent must be able to give and receive information through speaking and listening.
Motor Coordination: The incumbent in this position is frequently required to: use their hands and reach with their hands and arms. The incumbent is periodically required to: sit. The incumbent is occasionally required to: stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or bend.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 – 2 years related experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively.
A methodical approach to planning workloads with problem-solving skills.
Leadership skills that will help make changes across the organization when required.
Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines.
Project management skills such as delegation.
Excellent computer skills including expert spreadsheet and data management skills.
