About This Position
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and managing key human resources functions to
ensure efficient and compliant operations across the organization. This role oversees recruiting,
hiring, onboarding, HRIS administration, performance management, full-cycle payroll processing,
compliance, and benefits administration.
Requirements: Administer and maintain the company’s HRIS (Paylocity), managing the full employeelifecycle including onboarding, job changes, and terminations to ensure data accuracy andcompliance. Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs,manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support hiring decisionsthrough offer stage. Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of all requireddocumentation, training, and system setup. Process and manage full-cycle payroll, including data entry, auditing, reconciliation, andsubmission, while maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicableregulations, and resolving discrepancies and employee inquiries. Maintain employee personnel records with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy,ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Support performance management processes, including employee reviews, goal tracking, andrelated administrative functions. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and employeesupport. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR, payroll, and benefits. Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making andcompliance reporting. Assist with audits and maintain ongoing compliance readiness across HR and payrollfunctions. Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in human resources or related role.
Strong knowledge of HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
Direct experience processing payroll and maintaining payroll compliance.
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization.
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
