This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Owned Sales position located in the Greater Panama City Area. The Pre-Owned Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, assisting clients in finding suitable pre-owned vehicles, and achieving sales goals. The role involves conducting vehicle presentations, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, and supporting the sales team as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, effectively convey information, and ensure a positive customer experience

Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve performance goals

Knowledge of the automotive industry and familiarity with vehicle features is a plus

Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive-related fields is an advantage

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
